Join me on an unforgettable journey through the picturesque Upper Hunter region of New South Wales! In this video, I explore some of the best camping spots and charming country pubs that this beautiful area has to offer. From serene riverside campsites to cozy pubs with rich histories and friendly locals, the Upper Hunter is a perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and experience the great outdoors. Follow me as I stop at Linga Longa Inn in Gundy before heading off to Moonan Flats to set up camp. The next morning, we head off to Timor caves and explore the caves. We set off towards Nundle and drive through some amazing, picturesque countryside before stopping at Nundle for a quick lunch. The journey continues as we drive up the range to Hanging rock and stop at the lookout and also historic Hanging rock cemetery. After this stop we drive through some amazing state forest and head towards Nowendoc. We set up camp within Nowendoc National park at Jacky Barker campground. National Park campsite and find a hidden gem at this camp. The last morning of this journey we head towards Poleys Place and catch up with Facebook group Camping under the stars.
