Paramotor Bliss - Calm before the storm

Enjoyed a flight with my son Zack just before Thanksgiving. Storms are hitting Southern California now but yesterday was a great day to fly. Winds were 6-9 mph on the ground and just a little stronger up in the air. Made for super easy takeoff and landings. Flight #25 and it was awesome! The only thing I don't like about this LZ are the twigs and brush that get caught in the lines. They seem to get attracted to the lines like magnets. Then requires a lot of time to get rid of the pesky things. And for those that may ask . . . no, the 38 on the wing is not the wing size (it's a 28m Spyder). I chose the number to pay some respect to the neighbor (Brian Deegan) who lives next to this LZ. Figured if I'm sporting his number (from Motocross to X-Games to Pro Light trucks) he may think twice before calling the police or telling us to buzz off. :) Actually met him a couple of weeks ago after a short flight at this same LZ. Nice guy!
