Designed for the manufacturing of lithium metal battery cells, it enables the automatic stacking of cathode, separators, and lithium metal anode. The stacking speed can reach 1pc/1s (for lithium metal sheets) and 1pc/0.6s (for lithium battery electrode sheets). Equipped with a CCD positioning mechanism to ensure the accurate stacking of electrode sheets. The electrode sheets auto-loading, the separator automatically unwinding, CCD deviation correction, and the automatic stacking, realizing the automated production from material loading to unloading of Li-metal battery cells. Li-metal stacking machine is applied in the environment of the drying room (-45℃ or -60℃dew point). When used in conjunction with a sheet-making machine, it can be also compatible with the stacking of Si-C or Graphite cathode cells, meeting the diverse production requirements.
