Meeting Kenneth at 42 years of age, it's hard to fathom that he has many regrets. A successful career, a multitude of friends, a loving wife and two gorgeous children. "I do have a lot of regrets. I should have done it a long time ago," Kenneth said in relation to getting his bone conduction implant. Kenneth lost the hearing in his left ear at birth, however he didn't get it treated until he was 39. "Before I had the bone conduction implant, I stayed away from social events. I was an extreme introvert. I think it definitely improved the relationship between me and my wife because we are communicating a lot more. With this technology I am able to be a better father. I think it helps bring the family closer. My confidence in the workplace has also really increased. It's a gamechanger."
