Easy to make and loved by everyone—serve it hot and enjoy! ❤️ ⸻ 📝 Ingredients for Vegetable Soup • 6 liters water • ½ kg chicken (on the bone) • 2 large carrots (cut into small bite-size pieces) • 1 red onion (finely chopped, bite-size) • 2 potatoes (peeled and cut into bite-size pieces) • 200 g fresh green beans • 100 g asparagus • 100 g sprouts • 100 g mushrooms • 100 g fresh broccoli • 100 g cabbage • ½ red capsicum • ½ green capsicum • ½ yellow capsicum • 1 cup boiled sweet corn • 50 g butter • Salt to taste • 6 chicken stock cubes • 2 tablespoons vinegar • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper • 2 tablespoons chili sauce For Thickness: • 4 tablespoons cornflour • ½ cup water 👩🍳 Method 1. Take a big pan and add 6 liters of water. Bring it to a boil. 2. Add chicken pieces and cook well to release flavor. 3. Prepare all vegetables by cutting them into small bite-size pieces. 4. Add vegetables one by one: • First add carrots, then potatoes, then onion, followed by other vegetables. 5. Add butter, salt, chicken cubes, vinegar, black pepper, and chili sauce. 6. Mix everything well and cook until vegetables are soft and tender. 7. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons cornflour with ½ cup water to make a smooth slurry. 8. Add this mixture to the soup and stir continuously. 9. Cook for another 10–15 minutes until the soup becomes thick and creamy. 10. Your delicious winter vegetable soup is ready! 11.
