The mother of a domestic abuse victim who took her own life has called for the partners of those involved to be prosecuted. Phyllis Daly's daughter Jessica died by suicide while involved in a controlling relationship. An inquest ruled Jessica had died by unlawful killing. The families of some of the victims met on Tuesday night with the Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips.
