We are delighted to see Eimear Darcy, Junior Site Engineer with Clancy, featured in the latest graduate story in the lead up to Construction Industry Federation (CIF) International Women’s Day. Based on our Fox Meadow Development in Kilkenny, Eimear plays an active role in supporting site coordination, quality checks and day to day site operations. Having started with Clancy on work experience, she is now continuing to build her career on site, gaining valuable hands on experience across all aspects of project delivery. Her journey reflects the clear progression pathways available within construction and the value of practical learning, mentorship and responsibility from an early stage.
