I totally forgot to mention that I DID condition her after washing. I used Belle Madame Balsam/Balm for synthetic hair. I fill the sink with water and dissolve a TBSP in the water and then soak the wig for at least 20 minutes. DO NOT RINSE. Shake and dry as instructed.
