With the second buff, you can kill it with 4 cost, Unlike the previous version of the boss, its HP has increased to 100 million. In this team, the core idea is to trigger Alice's charged Basic Attack with Jane's Core Skill. To do so, use Jane to attack the enemy after Alice finished three-stage charged Basic Attack. This can easily make Alice land Crit Polarized Assault. While Alice is performing her charged Basic Attack, use Jane to land Assault before Alice to maximize damage. For other boss, The Defiler is a easy kill if you replace Jane with Nicole, unless you have a M2 Jane or so, otherwise, Nicole can provide better buff in current environment. For Miasma Priest, its a relatively easy boss compare to The Defiler, even it doesn't have a Physic Weakness, it is possible to kill without too much effort compare to The Defiler. Lastly, The new boss The Defiler is the hardest boss currently in Deadly Assault, it shrinks your damge time and space, and there aren't many agent choices for this boss if you are aiming for 65000, just keep in mind it takes more effort than any other boss if you want to kill it.
