I decided to run the entire history of Mexico through a retro first-person shooter engine to see how the levels would handle the timeline. It starts with the Olmecs and huge stone heads, transitions into the Aztec empire, and then gets really chaotic during the conquest and revolution stages. The mechanics shift from primitive chisels to muskets and eventually modern tech, though the stability meter really tanked during the 19th-century levels.
