Kennedys Bush Track Downhill mountain bike April 2018

Kennedy's Bush track re-opened on the 1st of April after being closed for over a year after the port hills fires in February 2017. This is basically raw footage from the summit road to the bottom of Crocodile / Deviation / Lower Deviation in Halswell Quarry park in Christchurch, New Zealand. At 6km this used to be one of the longest downhill runs on the port hills before the Christchurch Adventure Park opened. It's not meant to be a stunning example of downhill prowess, rather to show what the track is like now as it's been shifted and a huge amount of forest has been removed which change the feeling and flow of the track. Recorded the downhill run rather than the uphill as that took nearly two hours and was not pretty. :-) Shot from a non shock-mounted GoPro on my helmet so a bit wobbly/noisy, sorry about that.
