Tesla Full Self Driving (Supervised) version 13.2.1 on my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Long Range All Wheel Drive took me from my home in Porter, Texas to downtown Houston, the Houston Museum District, Rice University campus, the Texas Medical Center, and then back home to Porter. There were zero "critical interventions", but I did have a small handful of "red hands" come up while driving through downtown and the Museum District, all of which were at stop lights while stopped. As for emerging capabilities, v13.2.1 took a left turn on red in downtown, which it has never done before. At first I didn't know if this was even proper and legal; however, I read the Texas laws on red light left turns and it is legal if both roads are one way, which was the case at this intersection, and therefore was a proper move. There were no other vehicles around us, so this may have been why it took the opportunity, but nonetheless I stand corrected, v13.2.1 was correct and I was wrong. It also properly navigated an area on the Rice University campus that had resulted in a "critical intervention" for me just about a month ago on v12.5, but v13.2.1 handled perfectly! There were a couple of lane selection snafus, one leaving Porter towards the beginning, and one on the Rice University campus, but neither of them required an intervention and the Tesla was able to navigate to our destinations. All in all a tremendous 2 hour and 15 minute drive today. Apologies for the length of the video, but want to give it all to you. I hope you enjoy! And don't forget to smash those like and subscribe buttons! Love y'all! My specific settings for Tesla FSD are Hurry mode (there are three modes: Chill, Normal, and Hurry), Automatic Set Speed Offset with the maximum 50% offset (e.g. if traffic around me is going faster than the stated speed limit, Tesla FSD will match the surrounding traffic up to a maximum of 50% over the stated speed limit), and Tesla Navigation set to 1 minute (e.g. if Tesla Navigation's knowledge of up-to-date traffic data finds another route to my destination that is faster by 1 minute or more it will re-route me). Tesla Full Self Driving (Supervised) version 13.2.1 is hands-free and requires supervision by the front seat driver. The front seat driver/supervisor is monitored through the in-cabin cameras which require me to be in the driver's seat and keep my eyes on the road at all times. If I glance away from the road for more than a few seconds, the system will prompt me to look back at the road, and if I don't in a sufficient amount of time it will prompt me to put my hands on the steering wheel (what has been colloquially referred to as "the nag"). If I don't put my. hands on the steering wheel in a sufficient amount of time the system will disengage FSD and require me to take over driving manually for the remainder of that drive. This is all part of the Supervision status that Tesla FSD currently resides.
