Feather Run 2010 @ The World's Largest Bird Park

http://www.birdpark.com.sg The annual Feather Run was back at the Bird Park on 27 November! All participating children received a medal upon completion of the run, to encourage more children to take to the outdoors, amidst nature and colourful birds. This year, to make the run even more challenging, a new category was introduced for older children. The Feather Ultra Run was a competitive 2km route for runners between the ages of 7 -- 12. There was also a non-competitive Feather Fun Run which was a 1 km loop within the Bird Park for children between the ages of 3 -- 12. All participants received an exclusive Feather Run T-shirt, free kaya toast, ice cream and other treats. Participants joined in an art competition before the race commenced.
