Welcome to Somfy video guide. In this video, we will show you how to Reset Somfy RTS Tubular motor. Firstly, perform a "Double Cut-off" on the power supply in the following sequence. Switch OFF the power for 2 seconds. Switch ON the power for 5 to 15 seconds. Switch OFF the power for 2 seconds. Switch ON the power. The blind will jogs or move for few seconds. Next, press and hold the Program button at the back of the remote control for around 7 seconds, until the blind jogs 2 times. Completed, the motor has been Reset.
