This would be perfect for someone working in those fields or an everyday adventurer. • The MT20 has a unique antiqued finish - Nextorch says it's a darkening and stone-washing process that also increases the durability of the tool. I just like the look of it compared to bare stainless steel. The tool feels nicely balanced in my hand and looks like it could take some serious abuse. Stainless steel grade: 20CR13, 30CR13 with YG8 coating. • Demonstration of each tool + cutting demos. Considerations • It's larger than my other multitools but only weighs 268 grams, similar to my Leatherman Wave+ at 241 grams. • The MT20 has some very specific tools like the zip tie cutter, and oxygen tank wrench that you might not use. • Not as comfortable as normal pliers, but perfectly usable. Verdict • This is the most unique multitool I've seen from Nextorch - I like how they’ve taken a different approach with the MT20 by fitting in both full-sized pliers AND a solid pair of scissors/rescue shears, which would be useful in an emergency to cut seatbelts, cords and even tougher materials like metal. If you're an adventurer, camper, hiker, climber, or working in emergency services, the MT20 would be perfect for you.
