Making a New Candle from Old Burned Down Ones

Hi Everyone! Today we’re going to be using the melted down remnants of burned candles. We’re going to be melting them down into a whole, brand-new candle! This is a great way to reuse and recycle used up candles. It helps reduce waste and save money. Double win! Let’s be real, candles are expensive, so if you can get a free bonus candle every once in a while, that’s awesome. For this project I’m using non scented, candle remnants of all the same color, but it’s really great to use scented candles, or colorful candles. If you melt all the wax of colorful candles together the color will be a single faded mix of all of them. Or you can melt similar scents and colors together and pour them into the jar in separate layers. This is going to allow you to have defined color and scent layers.
