Cremora Tart - A non-cheese kind-of like fake cheesecake

This is a favorite South African classic fridge tart that uses powdered coffee creamer. It is called a cremora tart because of a Nestle brand of coffee creamer by that name. I first saw this one on Emmy's channel @emmymadeinjapan The base can be made of crushed or whole flat cookies. I think this would be very good with a classic graham wafer crust. I will try this one again with some blueberry topping. It is a perfect dessert to showcase other flavours. 2 Cups coffee mate powdered creamer (or other non-dairy coffee creamer) 1/2 cup cold water 1 -10oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice Blend water with creamer until smooth Blend in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
