The Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction of 2020

On evening of December 21, 2020, the planets Jupiter and Saturn will appear in the sky closer to each other than in hundreds of years. The two giants will be close enough that they will be visible in the same telescope field of view. This video explains what is happening to cause the planets to appear so close together, and also how you can witness this event. These kinds of conjunctions only happen once every 20 years, so don't miss out!
