Today's video provides an overview of the Troy Bridge that has collapsed at the Trelawny/Manchester border and how residents living on the border of Trelawny/Manchester go about their daily lives whilst contending with a collapsed bridge which usually adjoins several communities, whose lives and livelihoods have been drastically impacted by the loss of the bridge. The bridge which has collapsed for approximately nine months now has negatively impacted a wide cross section of individuals such as students, farmers, teachers vendors among others, as it is the route used by many to get to work, school, market etc. Farmers are especially affected as many of them used this route to travel to Santa Cruz in St. Elizabeth to sell their produce. The situation as it exists currently is very dangerous as persons could also get injured while crossing over. The cry of the residents is for the bridge to be repaired urgently to alleviate the current crisis which currently exist.
