The Author” Cheryl Graham reads “Mountain Engine”, taken from the nineteenth “Railway Series” book “Mountain Engines” first published on 15 August 1964, written by his reverence Wilbert Awdry, with illustrations by Gunvor and Peter Edwards. After the narrow-gauge coaches Agnes, Ruth, Lucy, Jemima and Beatrice cause trouble for Sir Handel, making him furious and thinking they should be scrapped, Rheneas tells him to be thankful he doesn’t work on a mountain railway.
