You can have beautiful and realistic Eurasian eyes now. Featuring a blue limbal ring, these are the only ones I could find online at the moment with them. Some of these turned out better than expected like the Aqua Blue, which I was particularly hesitant about. I would wish the pupil hole was smaller but that's just me, not everyone likes it small. It does blend well with my dark brown eyes I think.
