I usually skip World Boss, Meta Event and Silverwastes jumping puzzle (Retrospective Runaround). I have pre-done many of this week's weeklies in other weekly videos. Weekly videos are split in 2 parts. This part 2/2 shows how to defeat 100 Void. Many Void can be found in Dragon's End. There will be plenty in south areas. Keep an eye on events. If you decide to defeat Svanir instead, many Svanir can be found in Bitterfrost Frontier, Wayfarer Foothills (anywhere) and Dredgehaunt Cliffs (north, southeast from Hoelbrak portal). Defend the Griffon Chicks event in Bitterfrost Frontier might have lots of Svanir, depending of the amount of players. Warning! Svanir Brute in Bitterfrost Frontier is dangerous and can one-shot, as seen in the video. Another quick-ish way to defeat many Svanir would be completing Snowblind Fractal few times or staying at the start area (infinite, but slow respawn). Just keep the bonfire burning and defeat any incoming Svanir. Later there is a dark forest full of Svanir, but only after first boss (Elemental Source).
