Ingredients: 200g potatoes 40g chopped onion 15g chopped garlic 120g shredded cheese Seasonings: 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 50ml fresh milk 30ml water A dash of black pepper Directions: Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin pieces.
