My Mental Health Is Slipping

I've been trying to push past this funk I've been feeling for about 2 months now and it doesn't seem to be going away. My mental health is slipping into a place that just isn't where I like to be. I can say with certainty that my mental health is related to my gut health, which also started acting up right around the same time. My goal is to tackle this before it gets worse, so I'm going to do what I can to get myself better before it gets reaches the level of depression I was in years ago. I'm keeping a very positive outlook on this. I've managed it before, and I know I can do it again!
