European Railways in the 1990s Troisvierges Station (Luxembourg CFL) on 11th May 1999

EUROPEAN RAILWAYS of the 1990s Troisvierges Station (Luxembourg CFL) on 11th May 1999 Gare de Troisvierges Along the very picturesque route from Liège-Guillemins to Luxembourg, lies the town of Troisvierges. On my visit here, this is where the traction was changed from Electrified to Diesel if heading south as at the time and v.v. the line between Liège and Luxembourg was only partially electrified, through passenger services were hauled by SNCB Class 55 Diesel Locomotives. I also captured on tape the very recently introduced CFL Class 3000 electric locomotives. The video captures the station from various angles and was filmed in the morning period. I do hope this video entertains and evokes old fond memories of the European Railway Scene of the era.
