My thinking at this moment : 1. Most commonly PC rent occurs while emulsifying the last piece. 2. When the posterior capsule is not covered by an epinuclear cushion, the nuclear pieces/bits should not be anterior to the tip of the Phaconeedle while the ultrasound is on. They should be in front. 3. It is better to use IOL scaffold technique if any doubt peeps in. 4. Limbal route anterior vitrectomy is okay, we need not go through pars plana in such situations, 5.
