While there are ones that are available on the official DVD release of the film not all of them were included. The ones with a little girl and the Chuckie mascot costume has not surfaced online until July 27, 2022, YouTuber Adrian Hodge uploaded two ones as a compilation of them. In June 22, 2023, user BoredVHSlova posted a VHS recording of Nickelodeon broadcasts from around September and October of 2000 that features two newly discovered ones that likely hasn’t been seen in over two decades. The recording also features the animated TV Spot of Angelica and Chuckie that has already been uploaded prior but in higher quality. In January 2, 2023, user redlion517 posted a TV Spot on of the Rugrats in Paris’s official website on archive.org which is now defunct, it can no longer be accessed, and it wasn’t archived on the wayback machine. We’ll just have to wait and see if more Tv Spots of the film including obscure ones like the little girl and the Chuckie costume and ones that were animated will surface online.
