Now, grind the roasted ingredients. Add Spinach Powder, Coriander Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Sugar, Garam Masala, Salt, Milk Powder and Dry Green Chilli Powder and grind the ingredients well. Green gravy premix is ready. You can store in air tight container or in zip lock bag. It stays fresh in a refrigerator for 6 months and 3 months at room temperature. 1) Hyderabadi Mixed Veg Ingredients: ½ Green Gravy Premix ½ cup Water 1 tbsp Butter ½ tbsp Oil Small Finely Chopped Onion 4 tbsp Boiled Corn ½ Boiled French Beans and Fried Cauliflower 50 gms Grated Paneer Method: Take Green Gravy Premix and add Water to it and grind the ingredients well. Take Butter and Oil in a pan and add Finely Chopped Onions and fry. Now, add Boiled Corn, French Beans and Cauliflower and fry the ingredients together. Now, add the Green Gravy Mixture to the stir-fried vegetables and let it cook. Add grated Paneer and mix well. Garnish the delicious Hyderabadi Mixed Vegetable with Cream, Onion Rings and Glazed Cherry and serve! 2) Palak Paneer Ingredients: Manisha Bharani’s Kitchen 11 ½ Green Gravy Premix 2 cups Milk 200 gms Diced Paneer 1 tbsp Cream Method: Take Green Gravy Premix and add Milk to it and grind it well. Take a pan and add the mixture to it and let it cook for half a minute or until thick and then add Diced Paneer pieces to it. Now, add cream to the mixture and mix well.
