Friends, can you imagine? ₹70,000 crore is missing from Bihar government accounts! 😱 This is not a rumor, it’s clearly mentioned in the CAG Report 2023-24. ➡️ In the last 8 years, Bihar government received thousands of crores for different schemes and projects, but Utilisation Certificates (UCs) were never submitted. ➡️ Around 50,000 certificates are missing, worth a total of ₹70,877.61 crore! ➡️ As per the rules, every expenditure proof must be submitted within 18 months, but here even 8-year-old records are missing. ❌ This means there is no transparency on taxpayers’ money and a huge scam suspicion is rising. 👉 The Bihar government dismissed it as “normal procedure,” but the fact is — in normal procedure, every UC must be submitted in 18 months.
