I usually go there from Monday to Friday at 6am and it's always open. Today, I tried something different It's probably my first time heading to the gym this early at 6am+. Unbeknownst to me, the gym only opens at 8am on weekends. So, knowing that I have to attend Alvin Poh's masterclass at 9am (which I later found out it was at 10am) later, and I didn't want to be late... I did what most people wouldn't do. I worked out literally outside the gym. So what's my point? My point is that in life... It doesn't matter what it is that you do.. But you need to learn how to pivot. How to accept change. How to adapt. And how to emerge stronger than before. You see... Not everyone is being dealt a fair pack of cards in life... Some people make excuses for themselves... "Oh, I'm not born in a rich family" "I don't have the network" "I don't have the skills" "I don't know how to use the computer" "The gym is too far from my home" "I don't have time" "I'm too ugly" "I'm too pretty" "I've got kids" "i'm married." Victim mentality. It cripples you. Stop being the victim in your life, and start taking responsibility. The moment you start being 100% accountable for your own life, and your own actions... You'll become successful. Look at this lad, @Alvin Poh, grew his business from scratch in his bedroom and sold it for $30 million by the age of 30+. What's your excuse? I speak to businses owners every day and I hear all sorts of funny sh*t "Let me speak to my wife" "I don't know if this will work" "I've got kids" Realistically, if you want something badly enough in life, you'll make it happen. And if it doesn't, you'll pivot. What's the worse that could happen if it doesn't work out? At least you know that there's 1 avenue that you shouldn't pursue, right?
