[About the artist] ARTIST: daybreak X LUCY Daybreak, a "walking only on the flowery path," and LUCY, a "flowering" band, and two bands representing generations met to present songs to each other and arrange songs in their own colors. Their meeting began naturally, no matter who came first. LUCY's members have developed respect for their seniors by playing Daybreak songs with college entrance exam songs and cover songs, and Daybreak also showed special affection and interest by steadily paying attention to LUCY's fast-growing moves and proposing a special joint stage when the two teams were in the same festival lineup. The scheduled festival was canceled unfortunately, but the two teams' willingness to work together in earnest was burned, leading to this project. After exchanging demo songs, the two teams first set the theme of "Day and Night Love" by taking advantage of the mood of the original song and began arranging the song in earnest. Daybreak's cheerful and romantic color was "Daytime Love" and LUCY's dynamic and powerful color was "Nighttime Love," and both songs were reconstructed into duet versions for a solid chemistry, naturally completing the harmony of the two teams. The music that was born based on trust in each other was simply "As expected." Thus, the two songs bloomed brightly amid LUCY's sincerity, Daybreak's interest, and respect between seniors and juniors. TITLE: Oh-eh When I first received a total of four demonstrations, they were all attractive and coveted, with opinions divided on which one to choose. Listening to the melody line and composition, I could see why Daybreak is receiving a lot of love for a long time. The original demo of "Oh-eh" was mainly composed of minor synthesizers, and we tried to arrange a groovy and sexy texture that LUCY had never shown on top of the original melody to match "Love of the Night." Using saxophone and violin, I expressed rhythm and rich sound, thought about the performance on stage, and gave points that drew attention through sound effects. "Oh-eh" is a song that I imagined singing with many people at the festival. I will look forward to the day when the two bands will perform together and hear the voices of everyone together from 5 o'clock in the summer until the night sky deepens, when the sky deepens.
