Labelled as #AD (on thumbnail) as I was given a digital PC Steam game code from Reef Entertainment on Keymailer. AD notification is mandatory to UK content creators thanks to the ASA ruling. Bitmap Bureau, the developers behind Final Vendetta, Xeno Crisis and the upcoming He-Man beat em up has produced an excellent licensed game that screams 90s energy. It has a bit of modern fairness on the easier difficulties but unfair 90s hard on the higher difficulties. The game itself has multiple of modes including: Story which covers moments from before the start of the film and a bit after the end of the evil T-1000, this mode does have continues. It also has 2 alternative scenarios which affects the later half of the game. Arcade which strictly focuses on moments from the movie, this is the shortest mode with only 8 levels BUT you only have 1 life, even on the easiest difficulty. Mother of the Future is a mode that strictly focuses on Sarah Connor's levels along with an exclusive stage at the end right after an unfortunate outcome to John's future. This mode only has 1 life and has an overall playtime limit of 40 minutes. Tricks used in the run: Easy mode: Unlike most other games, Easy does have an impact to the stage design. In one of the later levels, Sarah only needs to set up fewer explosives than in higher difficulties, playing on Easy also allows the T-800's back attack to 1 hit KO all regular enemies, good luck trying to reach sub 15 minutes on higher difficulties. Laser mashing: Most of the weapons are fine by just holding the firing button but Laser deals more damage per second by mashing. On Steam I can set an unused button to mash. Invincibility slide/rolling. The early part of their slide/roll has invincibility frames. Pistol hopping. As Sarah, jumping and firing allows her to move forward without having to stop first to fire a shot.
