On this next installment of looking at the DH5U (these recordings were done back in March, but now I'm getting back to editing the footage), I take the mechanism out to remove the old grease causing the loading motor to intermittently stall, as well as replace the old capstan belt to restore operation of the high-speed modes. Heads up, there is no video footage of myself taking the loading motor out and doing the re-greasing; I realized that I had no idea how to do it properly, so all of that was done off-screen so that I could take my time to figure out how to properly dissemble/reassemble the loading motor assembly. I give an audio explanation of how to remove the loading motor out so that it can be serviced.
