In this video I go through an entire menu for 5 days of backpacking, but you can easily scale this up or down depending on how many days you're out in the wild! This is a budget friendly, nutritious and a calorie dense meal plan for backpacking, and it involves barely any prep and no dehydration. The best part is most of this backpacking food can be purchased at any grocery store!
