Former Las Vegas Raiders receiver and Nevada offender Henry Ruggs III has publicly apologized to the family of a Las Vegas woman he killed in a crash nearly four years ago. Ruggs, who is currently in transitional housing, gave remarks at an event Tuesday with HOPE for Prisoners, a Las Vegas-based non-profit that works with people re-entering society after incarceration. A former first-round pick for the Raiders, Ruggs was driving in the Spring Valley neighborhood in 2021 when he slammed into Tina Tintor's car.
