He also explains how our ability to harness the use of fire, especially in cooking, advanced our consciousness, He also explains how our misuse of fire along with no longer eating properly natural whole grains as a main staple has created our delusions and our attachments to them. To see through our delusions and develop our consciousness Michio recommends that we understanding the difference between our delusions (the clouds in a sky) and the source of it all (the blue sky). He asks that we relearn how to properly use fire, especially in cooking, and to resume eating natural, whole grains as our main staple. In Part two, Michio explores the development of our consciousness as humans, including our levels of judgment as well as what happens to our consciousness after our bodies pass away. He also explains how we can take full control of our consciousness in order to achieve whatever we wish and dream.
