Cab POV: Stagecoach London Rte 53 - Lambeth North, Lower Marsh to Plumstead Station | Enviro400H MMC

Landing back at Plumstead, and a significant milestone reached in this POV series as I am able to bring you views from the cab of a Central London route. Today, we're on Plumstead Garage's famous Route 53 which runs from Plumstead Station in South East London to Lambeth North in Central London. This route is definitely up there in terms of length passing through many diverse and different areas which include Plumstead Common, Woolwich, Charlton, Blackheath, Greenwich/Deptford, New Cross and Elephant & Castle. An immersive drive through Central London, I hope this video does wonders in showing you guys what it's like especially the aspiring drivers who want to keep the city moving! Safe to say a lot of patience and guts are required to drive this route - the bus was practically packed to brim when we left Elephant & Castle but nonetheless, the driver still put his foot down to make sure all these people got to their destination quickly but SAFELY! Not to mention, there's a lot of opportunity for thrash along the route especially in and around the Blackheath area however what surprised me the most was the 45mph recorded on the flyover over Bricklayer's. A daring driver indeed, watch out for that!! Hope you guys enjoy this one, without a doubt one of the better routes in the garage!
