台北近郊怡人的森林浴步道~台北小溪頭環狀步道

台北小溪頭位於台北近郊的內雙溪，擁有完整的森林生態，三條主要步道：碧溪步道、大崙頭自然步道，構成小溪頭環狀步道，全長約3公里，步行時間約2~3小時，是一條非常怡人的森林浴健行路線，途中還可以登上著名的台灣小百岳－大崙頭山。 Taipei Xiaoxitou is located in Nei Shuangxi, a suburb of Taipei. It has a complete forest ecology. The Xiaoxitou Trail consist by three main trails consists the : the Bixi Trail, the Daluntou Natural Trail and the Daluntou Forest Trail . It's 3 kilometers in length and it takes 2~3 hours walking time. It is a very pleasant forest bathing hiking route.
