Get lost in the blue alleyways – one of the best things to do in Chefchaouen is getting lost in its alleyways, discovering all streets and blue houses of the town. 2. The Spanish Mosque – This white mosque lies at a hill next to Chefchaouen and offers great views over the city. The place is especially beautiful during sunset or sunrise. 3. The main square (Uta El Hammam) – This place is the heart of Chefchaouen and its perfect to drink a cup of mint tea while looking at the hustle and bustle of the town. Here you have the kasbah, an old fort that is definitely worth a visit. 4. Café Clock – This restaurant is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. You can also take a cooking class here and in the evening there is live music. 5. Shop in the medina – The medina of Chefchaouen if full with little shops selling the best souvenirs: from magnets to painting to leatherware. The sellers are not too pushy and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. 6. Get refreshed at Ras el Ma. Here, the fresh mountain water reaches the town.
