It turned out SO GOOD!!! ⭐️ Ingredients: 2 sticks of unsalted butter 6 potatoes peeled and boiled and mashed (I cheat and use 2 packs of Bob Evans mashed potatoes) 1 box of bow tie pasta 1 small block of velveeta cheese or 1/2 a large block 1 large Vidalia onion 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese ⭐️ Directions: Boil the pasta Cook the potatoes, when they’re done you’ll add the stick of butter and the velveeta cheese ( cut the cheese into small chunks to make it melt easier) stir til the cheese is melted Slice onion and sauté in the remaining stick of butter til they’re soft Drain the pasta and mix with onion and butter. In a 13x9 baking dish you’ll lay a layer of pasta then follow with the potato mixture and then another layer of pasta top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes! #joshandmomma #joshsmom
