How to Make Pancakes and Sausage On A Stick!!

Learn how to make your own pancakes and sausage on a stick!! Kinda like a breakfast corndog but made with pancakes and well, sausage! Kids are sure to love these! If you want to make up a bunch of these, you can and freeze them and when you want one, nuke it for a minute or two and instant breakfast perfect for any day of the week! What you'll need: -Hormel Little Sizzlers or any breakfast sausage links -buttermilk pancake mix (see how I make it here:    • Perfect Buttermilk Pancakes - from scratch   ) -corn dog sticks or popsicle sticks -oil for frying -maple syrup Cook sausage according to package instructions until cooked thoroughly. Drain on paper towels and pat dry with another paper towel. Get as much grease out as possible. Mix up pancake mix according to instruction, making sure it is thick. Insert sticks into sausage links and dip into pancake batter. Fry in 350*F oil for 45 seconds to a minute or until golden brown. Drain on more paper towels and serve with warm maple syrup. Enjoy!!
