In this video I share the perfumes I prefer to wear and smell when I am feeling down and blue and even sometimes somewhat depressed. These are my emotional support perfumes. These fragrances help me lift my mood and make me feel like I am back in a safe place both physically and mentally. This is of course just what works for me personally and am no mental health professional by any means. I am just sharing with you how perfumes work for me and how they help me.
