PM25 CNC With Clearpath Servos 400 IPM Rapids

I added some Clearpath servo motors to my PM-25 mill. They are replacing 400 oz in steppers and are a significant improvement. I am only running them at 48V, so they are actually still limited in their performance, but X and Y are rapiding at 400 IPM. With a better power supply, 600 IPM might be possible. As they are, they have plenty of torque for cutting and holding. I only show X and Y, but there is also a Nema 34 Clearpath servo on the Z axis that moves it at 250 IPM. The first part is the auto tuning the servos do. It did that through the entire 20" travel.
