Place in a single layer on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet with a paper towel draped over it to absorb oils for 48 hours. Uncover and place in the oven at 395 degrees for 4:30 or so. Sprinkle with sea salt. To make the cauli rice pudding: Cook bag of cauliflower rice in the microwave according to directions. Rise thoroughly until it doesn't smell like cauliflower. Cook sugar free vanilla pudding according to directions or you can use 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream with 1.5 cups almond milk like we did. Combine the cauliflower rice and rice pudding, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with whipped cream.
