After tasting the legendary Double IPA Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewing Co a few months back we were excited to finally get brewing our clone. To mix it up, we decided to split the 40L batch into 2 x 20L for the boil: a clone of Pliny and our own British hop version called Limey the Elder.
