Before and after replacing thermal pads compare test Replacing thermal pads on Asus 3090 (white edition) 24gb graphic card, stock ones on front & back side. Front replacing with 2mm around processor & 1,5mm on sides, and rear also with 2mm & 1mm. This one 3090 does not have thermal throttling problems, and works perfect, mining up to 126 Mhs on Etherium, but the main problem is temperature of memory, Ram memory (Junction Memory temperature), it is very high, and in some times it hits 108-114 celsius degres. This is definetley not good for your memory and it will burn part of your cells after while. After replacement new pads, results are very good. In same overclock setings that are tested before temerature hits up to 112 celsius, and after replacement, on same setting it hits only 88 celsius, and that is cca 20 degress less than before, what is amazing results. Stock pads are obviously not so good quality, and it is good to replace and upgrade, your card will be thankfull!
