Emmanuel Pierre-Louis, widely known as “Supreme,” is a Queens-born entrepreneur, certified Crisis Management System (CMS) practitioner, and youth development leader whose journey reflects resilience, vision, and transformation. Raised in Rosedale, Queens, Supreme learned early that opportunity is often created not given. After returning home from incarceration, he redirected his energy into entrepreneurship, building First Choice Enterprises, a multi-venture operation that included barbershops, nightlife promotions, music production, and fashion brands. His work expanded across Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and beyond, earning support from major artists, athletes, and cultural figures while appearing in outlets such as XXL, The Source, VIBE, and on BET. As a founder and creative force behind fashion brands like FICO, FC Wear, Johnny Handsome, and Tough City, Supreme helped shape East Coast streetwear culture while building sustainable business platforms. Today, he channels decades of experience into community transformation. As a CMS-certified interventionist and project leader with NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln Guns Down Life Up, he works on the front lines of violence prevention, crisis response, and youth engagement. Supreme is also the Founder and CEO of N1DP INC (No.1 Draft Pick), a sportswear and youth culture brand rooted in mentorship, confidence-building, and opportunity creation. In this episode of Dog In The Yard, Supreme shares how hustle became enterprise, experience became impact, and leadership became a lifelong mission.
