Queenie老师的这个苹果派食谱简单又易做。用现成的派皮,省略了制作派皮的功夫,细心把苹果派卷成玫瑰花,再烤个30分钟,亮丽水准之作就出炉了! 份量: 4-5人份 (6粒苹果派) 准备时间:20分钟 煮时:45分钟 材料A: 2粒 苹果 50克 砂糖 1粒 柠檬汁 适量 水 材料B: 少许 无盐牛油 4片 现成酥皮(室温回软) 适量 面粉 适量 糖粉 适量 果酱 适量 水 苹果处理法: 1. 苹果洗干净后留皮去蒂和核, 切成约0.3公分的薄片,放入一个大碗,加入水和柠檬汁,拌匀 2. 烧热平底锅,把苹果片倒入锅,加入砂糖, 小火把苹果片煮至稍微变软,大概1~2分钟, 起锅沥水待用 做法: 1. 准备一个切板,洒点面粉,放上酥皮,对半切, 然后把两片黏合拉成条状 2. 在条状酥皮涂上一层果酱, 将苹果片(带皮的圆弧型的边边朝上方)整齐放置在酥皮的边缘, 上方露出约1/3的苹果片(露出的部份为圆弧型的边边) 3. 接着,再将下部份约1/3的酥皮往上对折, 并从一端开始慢慢卷起来 4. 卷起来后就成了一朵玫瑰花, 边边的酥皮沾一点水封口 5. 烤箱预热约200度,将马芬烤盘刷上一点无盐牛油, 再把苹果玫瑰花放入烤盘 6. 接着以烤箱190度烘烤约30-40分钟,直至酥皮烤至金黄即可出炉后放凉,再撒上少许糖粉做装饰, 完成 This pie is easy to make, and doable within an hour or so, so what’s stopping you? Portion: 4-5 pax Prepare Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes Ingredients A: 2 apples 50 g granulated sugar 1 lemon juice Some water Ingredients B: Some unsalted butter 4 slices puff pastry sheet Some flour Some sugar powder Some fruit jam Some water Preparations (for Apple): 1. Wash apple, remove core without peel off the skin, slice thinly to around 0.3cm, place it into a big bowl, add water, lemon juice and mix well 2. Place the apple slices into a pan, add granulated sugar and fry with low heat for around 1-2 minutes until it softens, retrieve, drain and set aside Steps: 1. Sprinkle some flour on a chopping board, add puff pastry sheet, cut into halves, stick two slices together to extend 2. Apply fruit jam on the puff pastry, place the apple slices neatly on the edge of the strips by exposing ⅓ portion of the apple slice (with arc surface facing out) 3. Fold up the bottom ⅓ portion of the puff pastry and roll nicely 4. Rose flower will appear after being rolled, apply some water on the edge of puff pastry to seal 5. Preheat the oven to 200°C, apply unsalted butter on the muffin pan, then place the apple rose into the cups 6.
