A siren is basically a way for us to stretch out our vocal folds in a safe and healthy manner, without causing harm to our folds. Also, a siren helps us to teach our vocal folds to access the high range in our voice without straining or squeezing. In this video, Aaron will teach us how to do a proper siren, and also show you some of the common pitfalls and mistakes that beginners will make when practising a siren.
