And considering the price of $15, the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots TWS Bluetooth earbuds is one of the cheapest wireless audio gears out there. But is Redmi AirDots sound quality any good? We’ve talked about it in this Xiaomi Redmi AIrDots Full Review. Talking about the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots specs, let talk about its design and aesthetics first. The device comes with tiny earbuds, which merely weighs 4.1 grams. So it rests comfortably on the ears and doesn’t create any sort of discomfort. Each earbud on the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots features a dedicated button, which can be used or pairing and control. Talking about the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots sound quality, as you’d expect the audio quality is not of top quality. But still, the Redmi AirDots audio quality is better than most of the ordinary wired in-ear headphones (earphones) out there. Redmi AirDots bass is not particularly great. The earbuds fail to project the true amount of bass to the ears. Depth on the music also seems to be quite missing. The lack of Xiaomi Redmi AirDots AptX support is quite a culprit in that respect. Talking about the Redmi AirDots noise-canceling prowess, you’d get a decent level of passive noise cancellation due to the tight seal in the ears. But active noise cancellation isn’t quite on par. Talking about the Redmi AirDots latency, you will notice a delay of 0.3 – 0.7 seconds while playing a YouTube video. While performing the Redmi AIrDots sound test, we also found that the Mids weren’t quite refined. But considering the Redmi AirDots price, that’s quite obvious. As far as the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots battery is concerned, each earbud comes with a 40mAh battery. The charging case, on the other hand, gets a decent-sized 300mAh unit. With 40mAh battery, Xiaomi Redmi AirDots battery life is said to be 4 hours on the stereo mode and 5 hours on the mono mode. But using the Redmi AirDots Stereo mode, I only got 3 hours while playing the tracks in 60-80% volume and 3.5 hours while playing them in 50% volume. Talking about the Xiaomi Redmi AirDots charging time, the earbuds takes 1.5 hours to get fully charged whereas the charging case requires a whole 3 hours. That’s all about the Redmi AirDots. Considering the aforementioned Redmi AirDots pros and cons, what do you think about the earbuds? Let us know in the comments.
